2. PRODUCTS AND INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, specifications, prices, images, dimensions, colors, and availability accurately. Minor variations may occur because of manufacturing updates, display settings, or photography.

Product availability may change without notice. We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate information, or omissions.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Applicable taxes, discounts, shipping charges, and the final order total are shown before payment is submitted.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and may include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Only payment methods shown at checkout are accepted.

4. ORDERS

An order confirmation means that we received your order. It does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or limit an order because of product availability, payment authorization failure, suspected fraud, pricing errors, address problems, or other reasonable business concerns.

If we cancel a paid order, the payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

5. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

To request a change or cancellation, contact info@slowgrill.com within 24 hours after placing the order. We cannot guarantee changes or cancellations if the order has already entered processing or has been shipped.

7. SHIPPING

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days. Estimated transit time is 3–6 business days, for an estimated total delivery time of 4–8 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address problems, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Additional details are provided in our Shipping Policy.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Eligible products may be returned within 30 days after delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because they changed their mind.

SLOWGRILL pays the return shipping cost when an item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or different from the item ordered. No restocking fee is charged.

Please review our Refund Policy before returning an item.

9.ACCEPTABLE USE

You may not use this website to violate applicable law, interfere with website security, submit fraudulent orders, transmit malicious software, collect information about others without authorization, or infringe intellectual property rights.
